Tia has a natural gift of connecting with people which lead her to the field of mental wellness many years ago. Through her years of work with individuals, it became increasingly apparent the connection between the mind, body and spirit and the importance of addressing all areas to achieve ultimate wellbeing. In her work with her clients, she has been lead to offer wellness life coaching services to address the areas of not only mental wellness but physical and spiritual wellness.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THERAPY AND LIFE COACHING?
TRADITIONAL PSYCHOTHERAPY HELPS INDIVIDUALS TO GAIN A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF EMOTIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL SYMPTOMS WHILE HELPING CLIENTS TO HEAL FROM ANY PAST TRAUMA AND MANAGE RELATED SYMPTOMS IN A HEALTHY MANNER.
LIFE COACHING IS MORE ACTION ORIENTED AND DIRECTED AT HELPING CLIENTS TO ACHIEVE ULTIMATE WELLNESS. LIFE COACHING DOES NOT INVOLVE EXPLORATION OF EMOTIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL SYMPTOMS AND ITS RELATED ORIGIN. LIFE COACHING INVOLVES THE CREATION OF A WELLNESS PLAN THAT IDENTIFIES VERY SPECIFIC AND MEASURABLE GOALS FOR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL WELLBEING. EACH PLAN IS DESIGNED BASED ON THE DESIRES AND BELIEFS OF THE INDIVIDUAL.
LIFE COACHING IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT TIA VIA THE INFORMATION ABOVE.
LIFE COACHING APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS.
